Age & Identity Verification

At Fanvero, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for creators to ensure identity authenticity, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory requirements. The KYC process generally includes the following steps:

1. Identity Verification (ID Verification)

Creators are required to upload an official government-issued ID, such as:

• Passport
• Driver’s License
• National Identity Card

Requirements:

• The front and back of the ID must be uploaded (if applicable).
• The ID must be clearly visible and readable in a high-resolution image.
• A selfie verification may be required, where the creator holds their ID and takes a photo.

2. Age Verification

To become a creator on Fanvero, users must be at least 18 years old. During the KYC process, the date of birth on the ID will be checked to confirm eligibility.

3. Selfie Verification (Liveness Check)

To prevent identity fraud, Fanvero may require creators to take a live selfie, which will be compared against the ID photo to confirm identity.

4. Address Verification (If Applicable)

In certain cases, Fanvero may require proof of address, such as:

• Utility bills
• Bank statements
• Residency certificates (must match the information on the ID)

5. Payment Account Verification

Creators must link a bank account or payment account for withdrawals. Fanvero may verify:

• Whether the bank account details match the identity information.

• Whether the payment setup complies with local financial regulations (e.g., U.S. creators must submit tax forms such as W-9 or W-8BEN).

  
  

6. Manual Review

Fanvero may conduct a manual review of KYC documents. If any issues are found, additional verification may be required, or resubmission of documents may be requested.
